At barefootphysio we provide personal training for children, teenagers and adults of all ages and abilities using a universal natural movement-based approach which can be adapted and modified for any and all circumstances.
Training in the gym is a great alternative for children and adults who aren’t interested in sport but want to remain healthy, fit and active. It is also a wonderful and important addition to the strength and conditioning elements for those athletes who do enjoy sports.
At barefootphysio we use a natural movement-based approach to teach your kids how to use their body the way it was designed. We have developed a system of exercise using a combination of bodyweight training, lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling, balancing, jumping, and climbing to ensure a varied and beneficial training experience.
